So, it's that time again... my lovely local vintage and flea market was back for its monthly showcase of gorgeousness. I set off across the city with my little lady in tow for a girly morning together looking for pretty little things.
Here are the beauties I unearthed today...
Two beautiful 70s sheets. The colours are still lovely and rich... I think these will be gorgeous as part of that quilt I'm dying to make.
This gorgeous 60s coffee/juice jug. It's in pristine condition and I haggled myself a bargain. I am ompletely smitten :-)

Hi Karen - ta for commenting on my blog - how funny that we were both there today! Bristol is such a small world, I love that about it. Let me know if you go next time - we can meet for a cup of tea! Love your finds; I have a little bowl that matches your lovely new jug. Rachel x
ReplyDeleteYes definitely, I'll let you know, I try to go every month. I would've loved to have bought the rest of the set to match the jug, there were cups and saucers and a large bowl… too tempting!
DeleteI've got the same jug, minus the top! Great for serving drinks on a hot day! :) x
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to use it in the garden in the summer… I think it's definitely going to crop up quite a lot in my summer photos!
DeleteYour choice of fabric is a good one...will look lovely in a quilt!
ReplyDeleteThank you Shari, I just fell in love with it and got it for a bargain :-)
DeleteCoffee pot is just great. I am enjoying reading back over your blog, it's lovely.

Thanks, just popping over to yours now to say hello :-)
DeleteThey have that jug in a charity shop in my town but it's a real wreck compared to yours, the pattern is v worn and it generally looks a bit rubbish. Yours is gorgeous though, lucky you! X
ReplyDeleteThanks Anna, yes I think I have been very fortunate in my find, it's just perfect and I love it :-)
